However, customers may choose to connect Thinkputer to third-party AI providers, cloud applications, APIs, email systems, websites or other external services. Information transmitted to those external services is subject to the privacy policies, terms and data-handling practices of those third parties.

Thinkputer does not represent that all possible applications, integrations or customer-configured workflows operate entirely offline or locally.

7. Customer-Controlled Data Stored on Thinkputer Systems

Information stored on a customer's own Thinkputer Local Private Server is generally under that customer's control. The customer is responsible for determining what information is placed on the system, who is authorized to access it, how long it is retained and how it is used.

Thinkputer does not routinely access customer content stored on a customer's local server unless access is necessary to provide requested installation, maintenance, support, troubleshooting or other authorized services.

Where remote or temporary access is provided to Thinkputer for support, we will use that access only for the authorized support purpose and subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

8. Sensitive and Confidential Information

Customers should not send sensitive, confidential, financial, health, legal or other highly sensitive information through ordinary website contact forms unless specifically requested and an appropriate secure method has been provided.
